A free challenge with guided meditations delivered daily via WhatsApp. From day 1 to day 21, we’ll move through the five elements (air, earth, fire, water, ether) to bring awareness to the four dimensions of being (physical, subtle, vital, and mental) and reconnect with ourselves. We start on December 11th!

You only need 10-12 minutes a day. We’ll guide you so it’s easy to access and follow.
Rosa Alemán will guide the sessions, bringing over two decades of experience with the Awareness Through the Body (ATB) methodology in Auroville, and integrating multiple mindfulness practices and humanitarian work.

How it works
- Sign up: join the WhatsApp group (announcements only; no chat).
- Get your daily audio: one message per day with a 10–12’ meditation.
- Practice when it suits you: ideally in the morning or before bed.

- Duration: 21 consecutive days, starting December 11.
- Format: guided meditation audio on YouTube + link via WhatsApp.
- Access: free. One-way group (team messages only).

Will there be a chat?
No. The group is announcements-only to protect your focus. We’ll close the group at the end.
