+20 years across public, private, international & democratic schools in Europe and Latin America; deep democratic education and inclusion expertise; 4 working languages; 7 years in Erasmus+/Horizon research & teacher training.
Focus: learner agency, respectful conflict practices, community partnerships.
Will Gowen
Organizational consultant, educator, and school leader (USA). Facilitates sociocracy and collaborative governance transitions and supports schools with decision-making, teacher empowerment, and founder sustainability.
Katrin Brait
Coach/facilitator with 15+ years in democratic education (NL) and circle meetings (sociocracy, holacracy). Movement Method practitioner; leads parent/community processes and helps reduce founder dependence.
Luz Olid Díaz
Co-founder; education researcher, community builder, and learning-program designer (ES/MX). Director of education films like “Killing Curiosity” and designer and facilitator of programs like “The Art of Facilitating Growth”; “Andalusian of the Future 2023” (Social Action). Designs ATB/SEL micro-routines that build belonging and calm.
