The shift from traditional roles to brave learning relationships comes with a lot of questions, contradictions, and inner work. You might struggle with:
You want to trust your learners, but you’re afraid they won’t learn what they “need”.
You give freedom, yet struggle when motivation and responsibility don’t show up.
You feel torn between setting limits and maintaining connection.
What if you could guide young people with clarity and trust?
Imagine finding the balance between freedom and structure, setting boundaries without guilt, and trusting the learning process without needing to control it.
This is our goal in this training. You don’t need to become someone else or a perfect model. You simply need the tools and skills to support young people while staying grounded in your values.
Because empowering learners begins with empowering yourself!
Build strong, trust-based relationships with youth (and adults!)
Support autonomy providing the structure needed in each case
Reframe feedback as an opportunity for connection and growth
Let go of perfectionism and unrealistic expectations
Navigate conflict with confidence, using nonviolent communication
A foundational program to support children and youth growth

“It is an experience that leads you to learn about yourself and to understand how we can be better facilitators, but from within, from who we are outwards.” – Jazmin, mother and community founder
“The follow-up, support and accessibility that you provide creates a safe space to grow. You are people who inspire, who spread their passion, which makes it possible to open up to new possibilities.” – Karen, education leader
“I got really inspired by the way you led the calls, so that we could share our experiences, help each other and, most importantly, experience the tools we had been learning on the modules. It was truly experiential!” – Cristina, teacher.
This training is created and facilitated by Luz Olid and David Caballero, co-founders of Evolving Education, a project born from worldwide research on the most progressive learning spaces, interviewing +200 educators, families, and learners in 4 continents. They bring together experience in strengths-based and trauma-aware education, neuroscience of learning, coaching, community building and social innovation. This training is their latest development to democratize the practices that empower young people.
