A peer group for education innovators and founders
Applications open until 5-Feb-2025
Ubuntu Mastermind is a supportive community of education change-makers that understand that personal transformation is the basis to transform education. And that no one can do it alone.
It embraces the interconnectedness of the Ubuntu philosophy (“I am because we are“) and the mastery-focus of mastermind groups (“The meeting of the minds” – and hearts!).
Strengthen accountability towards your goals
Conquer limiting beliefs and face your challenges
Test your ideas, gain new perspectives
Lend your strengths and borrow from peers
Be energized and collaborate with values-driven people
What’s a mastermind group?
This is a small peer group to offer support, encouragement and learn from each others’ experiences towards our goals. No one is meant to have all the answers. We rather leave the door open to learn from both successes and failures, building on the collective wisdom that each member brings to the table.
What do Thomas Edison, Benjamin Franklin and J.R.R. Tolkien have in common? They were part of mastermind groups.
A mastermind group is different from most other types of collectives. There’s not a single expert to consult with, as in mentorship, or a single person guiding you through questions, like in coaching. Each member of the group brings their unique perspective and embraces both roles with complete honesty, respect and compassion.
Luz Olid and David Caballero coordinate and facilitate Ubuntu Mastermind. We are the founders of Evolving Education, directors of the film “Killing Curiosity” and the training “The Learning Expedition”.
We believe in the power of learning communities to experiment and design new paths for living more sustainably and equitably. We are passionate about the transformation of education through intentional communities for inspiration, experimentation and personal growth.
The membership contribution is 55 €/month or 275 € for 6 months (one month for free).
Applications open until 5-Feb-2025.
